AAPP hosted a macrame craft event for stress-free activity and a safe space for mental health conversations.
There was a discussion on burnout in terms of how it can be recognized and explored healthy ways to cope.
Macrame, a beginner-friendly textile technique of making knots with threads to create delicate patterns, was created into a keychain or a car charm.

This is our annual mental health fair! We collaborated with numerous organizations to execute 18 booths on topics regarding mental health, pharmacy, and psychiatry. We also had a guest speaker from the National Alliance on Mental Illness to speak with students!
